Can I get my order delivered to a pick-up shop?Updated 5 months ago

Yes, you can now get your parcel delivered to a DHL Pick-up Shop if you're not going to be in for your delivery. Once your order has been dispatched from us, please use your DHL tracking number to arrange your delivery.

DHL do also have a wide range of other delivery options available if you're not going to be in to accept your parcel. 

These include having your parcel delivered to a neighbour, having your parcel left safe* or having your parcel redelivered on an alternative day**.

*Your parcel can only be left safe if you set this option via the DHL portal or app.
**You can rearrange for your parcel to be delivered on an alternative weekday via the DHL portal or app.
