Can I cancel my order once it's confirmed?

We're always happy to help the best we can. If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We're unable to cancel orders which have already been dispatched from us.

Can I add to my order?

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we're unfortunately unable to make any amendments to this.

Can I change my billing or delivery address?

We are only able to dispatch orders to the address which was provided to us at the time your order was placed. We're sorry, we are unable to update the billing address on orders already confirmed.

If you notice that your delivery address is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. This will help us prevent any mis-deliveries which may occur.
