We're sorry that you're looking to return an order back to us. If something isn't quite right, we'd be happy to help the best we can.

Power Tool World is a trade supplier. As such all transaction are considered for trade use. We will refund the item in full, excluding any postage and packaging charges that we have incurred when shipping, and/or collecting, providing the returned goods are complete with the original packaging and are in a resalable condition. 

You must inform us of your intention to return, using the return links here, within 30 days of receipt of the goods. 

The goods must be returned to us within 40 calendar days after receipt of the goods. We may at our discretion accept goods back after this time, but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30%.

Any changes to an order including returns & refunds must be made by the purchaser or by the purchasing email address. Returns for items that were not incorrectly supplied are the responsibility of the purchaser's own cost with a reputable and traceable carrier. Please ensure that any goods returned to us are in their unopened original packaging, unmarked by pen, paint, or scratches and in a saleable condition.
