My order has arrived damagedUpdated 10 months ago

We're sorry that your order has arrived damaged. We know this is never welcomed and are keen to get this sorted for you.

Please let us know within 24 hours if your order has arrived damaged. We will need to report this to our courier and an investigation may need to be raised.

It's important to keep any evidence if you have received a damaged parcel as this may be needed as part of the investigation. Please see below for what we may ask for:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging as received
  • A photo of the label stuck to your parcel

Once the investigation has been raised with our courier, we will arrange a return and provide either a replacement or refund (depending on our stock). 

Don't worry, this return is on us to ensure we can provide a quick turnaround on getting you the item you had ordered.
