If your item is faulty, please report the issue directly via the Rotabroach website by completing the Defects & Faults - Rotabroach form. We kindly request that you provide as much information as possible when submitting the form.

All Rotabroach products are supplied with a one-year warranty, which can be registered online through the Register Your Warranty - Rotabroach section of the Rotabroach website.

Should you wish to return an unwanted item, this may be returned to us. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund, in addition to any return courier charges.
