Warranties differ between tools. In general, XtremePro tools have a warranty of 5 years, gas tools have a warranty of 2 years, and other products have a warranty of 1 year. 

Always check the product information to see your warranty length. It is also shown on the box that the tool comes in.

Your receipt/proof of purchase starts your warranty, there is no need to register online.
