Can I change my order address?
We are only able to dispatch orders to the address which was provided to us at the time your order was placed. We're sorry, we are unable to update the billing address on orders already confirmed. If you notice that your delivery address is incorrect
Can I add to my order?
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we're unfortunately unable to make any amendments to this. However, you can place additional orders through your PTW account. Click here to log into your PTW Account
Can I cancel my order?
We're always happy to help the best we can. If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We're unable to cancel orders which have already been dispatched from us.
